Support for your child starts with understanding
If your child struggles to get started, stay on track, manage time, or handle transitions, you're not imagining it, and it's not about effort or attitude. Often these are related to executive function challenges, and they're very real.
We offer two ways to help you understand and support your child: a free webinar and a practical parent workshop. Whether you're just starting to make sense of executive functions or you're ready to build a practical plan, there's a session designed for you.

Changing Your Lens: Understanding Behaviour as the First Step to Supporting Executive Functions
This online webinar introduces a different way of understanding behaviour in the context of lagging executive functions.
Instead of handing you a list of strategies, this session helps you understand what's driving the behaviours you're seeing — so you can respond in a way that actually fits your child. This is a foundational session in understanding executive functions. It is designed to help you:
• Understand how executive functioning impacts everyday behaviour
• Shift from reacting to understanding behaviour
• Begin collaborating with your child to identify what support they may need
If you are looking for a place to begin understanding executive function differences, this is a great first step.
Upcoming live session dates:
Tuesday 23rd June, 2026, 7pm – 8pm (Via Zoom. This session will be recorded)
Registration includes access to the live session and the recording

Helping Your Child Thrive:
Looking for practical support for executive function in everyday life? This workshop is for parents who are ready to move into practical strategies and implementation to support executive functioning at home and school.

What executive functions are and how they shape your child’s behaviour, emotions, and daily life
Practical, strengths-based strategies you can use immediately
How to create and implement executive function supports your child will actually engage with
Clarity and confidence to know how to work with your child tomorrow

FAQs
Will this be recorded? Yes, all registrants to live workshops will receive access to the recording for 30 days.
Is this evidence-based? Yes, all strategies are grounded in current research and neuroaffirming practice.
Can my partner come? YES! We think it's fantastic if you partner is also able to attend. They can attend on the same ticket (i.e., only one ticket per family is required for all family and carer workshops)
Should my child attend? This workshop is designed for adults. Most parents and carers prefer to attend without their children so they can participate freely and ask more open questions.

Who are these resources and sessions for?
These resources and education sessions are for parents and carers of children who:
Find everyday tasks harder than expected (for example: time management, organisation, following routines, starting tasks, staying on tasks, remembering instructions)
Want to better understand how to support executive function development in their child
While we know there are some populations with known executive function differences (including ADHD, autism, learning differences, trauma history, acquired brain injury, or oncology history), your child does not need to fall into any of these categories for you to read, attend and learn something.
PLEASE NOTE:The information provided in this workshop is general in nature and does not replace personalised advice that may be provided in a clinical consultation.
